But what we actually do, is spend most of our day sitting, indoors. We eat fast foods made from artificial hydrogenated fats, sugars, chemicals and preservatives. And we drink beer or fizzy drinks containing much the same.
We engage in painful, inefficient exercise regimes, and we do it all without getting enough sleep.

We are two health enthusiasts who wanted to bring our knowledge to the average person. We abandoned careers in Law and Psychology in order to pursue a career helping people to live longer, happier lives.
We first heard a few ideas with regards to eating a natural diet, and we gave it a shot. We experimented and experimented whilst speaking to other people about our experiences, and all of a sudden it became obvious that something was seriously wrong with the health & diet industry.
We became more and more interested. We started to discern good, reliable science, from bad, misleading, inaccurate science. We dived into all the research we could find, attended seminars, spoke with experts, and experimented some more.
We aren’t biologists or doctors, nor are we nutritionists or chefs. But if you want indepth scientific analysis, you can find it. You can also find tonnes of recipes and medical information on the internet. What’s difficult to find, is a place where diet & health are put into relatable, practical terms. We don’t want to tell you how to live a healthy lifestyle, we want to guide you into it. We are experienced, and we have the means to help a lot of people.
Living Paleo means living as closely as possible to our ancestors. Modern humans lived off the land for 2.6 million years, and so our genes adapted to that lifestyle. Spending time in the sun, eating animals and plants, hunting down prey, and so on. Modern technology has advanced a lot, but our DNA hasn't.
Some tribes still live this way today (with very low incidences of modern diseases), but that's not what we are going to show you. There are so many ways you can adapt your life to live closer to how your DNA expects you to. Things like eating more natural fats, walking more, and spending more time in the sun.
Q. But didn't our ancestors die young?
They had lower life expectancy. But that's because they didn't always have access to food. A wound to them was potentially lethal. They fought with other tribes and were constantly exposed to harsh seasonal conditions, and so on.
If we look at other bio-markers, such as bone density and dental records, our ancestors appear to have been in extremely good health. This goes for modern day hunter gatherer tribes in Africa & South America.
Q. How long does this course take?
It is designed to take 6 weeks. Your meal plan & shopping list lasts for 6 weeks, and your challenges are given to you on a bi-weekly basis. However, most people do not take 6 weeks.
We are all different - some people like to rush through the weeks faster, and try to eat Paleo for the whole 6 weeks. Others restart after a bad week. We refer to the Paleo Castle Quest as a 6 week course as it acts as a guide - and we recommend taking 6 weeks to complete it.
Q. What results should I expect at the end?
We want you to have built the foundation for a healthy life. This isn't a hardcore course aimed at helping you to lose a dress size, only to put it back on a month later. We want to deliver long term health and vitality to you.
If you stick to the course, you will likely notice improvements in your skin, body composition, mood and energy, among other things. More importantly though, you will have the right knowledge and habits to be moving on with. Over the 6 weeks we also keep your carb intake low and your natural fat intake high. Your body will adjust to burning fat for energy rather than carbohydrates. This is key for developing long-lasting explosive energy.
Paleo has helped me in every area of my life, from suffering with anxiety to achieving the body that I wanted. It honestly feels like a superpower.
Q. How is the course structured?
There are two main parts to the castle: The Kitchen and The Armoury. In The Kitchen we focus on diet, whilst in The Armoury, we focus on exercise. Each part is split into 6 sections with each section representing each week. This is the main course, where we guide you step-by-step into a Paleo diet and exercise regime.
You also gain access to The Dungeon, which contains materials that can be used at any time. This includes our meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, and workout database. Explore these at your leisure, and use what works for you.
Finally, you gain access to our community, who you can communicate with using your own personalised account.
